This is our annual collaboration hot sauce. Slow roasted root vegetables and habaneros from Foragers Farms, wild fruit from Headwaters Farm and honey from randees bees. Other than the salt and vinegar all of the ingredients are from our farms. We used organic cider vinegar and apple cider.
Smoked habanero peppers, roasted vegetables (carrots, onions & garlic), wild apple cider, apple cider vinegar, sea salt and honey.
