Our Northumberland Style bagels are baked with organic flour* and based on the famous Montreal Style Bagel. The key difference is size – bagels in Montreal are smaller (80 g) and sometimes stringy, our bagels are at least 30% bigger and more ideal for sandwiches.
We bake and boil with honey for a slightly sweet and savoury bagel and then toss in either sesame seeds or a flavourful blend of sesame & poppy seeds and onion flakes (all dressed). Our bagels are also available plain – with no seeds.
