We raise slow-growing, heritage breed meat chickens every season. They live outside on pasture in large, bottomless cages or “chicken tractors" that we move every day. Along with organic grain, our chickens enjoy a holistic diet of grasses, clovers, legumes, worms and insects. They are happy and healthy. Bred for real chicken flavour and texture, the meat is rich, juicy, and tender. We sell them as whole birds, packaged and frozen:
